The countdown to MWC Barcelona is officially on, with just over 4 weeks until the largest and most influential event for the connectivity ecosystem. MWC is one of the largest tech events globally that’s driven by a common purpose – to unite the connectivity industry behind the advancement of business and society.

Lumine Group is excited to return and engage with the industry’s brightest at this year’s event, running from March 3-6. The event brings together over 90,000 attendees to Spain, and for our team, it marks the unofficial start to watching the year’s trends in the communications and media industry unfold.

Exploring the Pavilion

Joining Lumine Group means joining an ecosystem of communications and media software businesses. As part of this, you immediately gain access to a global network of 3000+ employees across 30+ offices and 1000+ customers.

Within this large ecosystem exist different groups of businesses. A "group" within Lumine refers to a cluster of businesses within the larger Lumine ecosystem that share similar technology or operate within the same industry space, allowing for focused collaboration and expertise sharing among companies with related functionalities, all under the umbrella of Lumine Group which primarily focuses on communications and media software acquisitions; essentially, a smaller group within the larger organization with a specific industry focus.

Customer Management Group, including Aleyant, Collab, Openwave, Razorflow, WDS-Sicap.

The Customer Management Group provides solutions for customer engagement, digital experience, and service optimization. Includes a variety of services, namely omnichannel cloud contact center SaaS,  invoice analytics and reconciliation, workflow automation, device management and telecom intelligence. Ultimately, these companies help businesses enhance customer interactions, streamline operations, and drive growth.

Revenue Management

Revenue Management Group, including A360, Kansys, Lifecycle, Ubersmith and VAS-X.

The Revenue Management Group provides end-to-end billing, subscription management, and revenue assurance solutions. These companies expert in telecom, cloud, and enterprise services, helping businesses optimize billing operations, streamline customer lifecycles, and maximize revenue efficiency.

Infrastructure Management
