Matthew McNaughton is an M&A Manager at Lumine Group.  

Matthew joined Lumine Group after previously working in the Leveraged Finance Group at CIBC and spent seven years at PwC, in their Deal Advisory and Assurance practices. He has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor and is a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada. 

Beyond work, Matthew enjoys fitness, live music, sports and travelling. His recommended book to live by is Meditations by Marcus Aurelius.

What excites me most about the future of technology is its potential to improve the way we connect and communicate with each other. 

Q: What has been one of your favourite moments as part of Lumine?  

My favourite moments at Lumine are when I’ve had a fundamental role in, and successfully closed, complex transactions  alongside highly skilled team members.
