Erini Andriopoulos is the Senior Director of Marketing & Communications at Lumine Group. 

Since 2019, Erini has driven Lumine Group's marketing, branding, and communications efforts, focusing on the power of storytelling to connect with audiences. With experience across B2B and B2C sectors, she leverages data-driven insights to create impactful campaigns and brand experiences.

Today, Erini oversees M&A marketing, branding, communications, media relations, and events at Lumine. Based in Toronto, she holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto in Political Science and Media Studies, along with a Postgraduate Certificate in Public Relations from Humber College.

Q: What has been one of your favorite moments at Lumine?

There have been quite a few special moments at Lumine, but three immediately stand out:

1. Launching the Lumine Group brand in 2020: This was an incredible experience. Being part of the brand-building journey and seeing how the brand has enabled us to build strong connections with business owners and sellers has been super impactful.

2. TSX Market Open Ceremony in March 2023: When Lumine Group listed on the Toronto Stock Venture Exchange in 2023, I had the honor of participating in the TSX Market Open Ceremony. Witnessing the culmination of the entire team’s efforts to achieve this milestone was a moment I'll never forget.

3. Hosting Illuminate in April 2023: This was Lumine's largest leadership conference to date, held in Bangkok, Thailand. Since the last in-person Illuminate in 2018, our portfolio doubled, and we welcomed many new faces. It was amazing to spend time with our business leaders across the portfolio and recognize the incredible ecosystem of people Lumine has brought together.
