Caroline is an experienced legal executive supporting the Lumine Group portfolio of companies. Over the years, Caroline has developed key relationships, collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders to advance key projects, and established a reputation as a trusted legal advisor.

She currently serves as key counsel to multi-jurisdictional companies within Lumine Group, advising executives across diverse and international corporate and commercial functions including mergers and acquisitions, commercial negotiations, intellectual property, corporate secretarial, and governance, and litigation management.
