Monisha is a dynamic and resourceful data analyst passionate about harnessing artificial intelligence to drive innovation and social impact. Currently pursuing her master's in management in Artificial Intelligence at York University’s Schulich School of Business, she combines a strong academic foundation with practical experience in data analysis, machine learning, and IT management.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Monisha is dedicated to advocating for marginalized communities. Through her volunteer work with organizations like Aid to Women and Immigrant Women in Business, she promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
With her AI expertise, Monisha aspires to develop solutions that address societal challenges, particularly those affecting women and immigrants. Her unique blend of technical skills, leadership abilities, and empathy positions her to make a meaningful impact in the tech industry and beyond.
Makenna is an incoming first-year student at Nipissing University, where she will pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in accounting. Raised in the close-knit community of Elliot Lake, Makenna has always been an active volunteer, making a lasting impact on those around her.
As she transitions to life in North Bay, Makenna remains committed to making a difference. She plans to continue her volunteer work, including at the local animal shelter, while preparing for her eventual return to Elliot Lake. With a strong emphasis on kindness and resilience, Makenna aims to contribute positively to every community she becomes a part of.
Arabhi is a second-year student at the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, where she is committed to becoming a leader in capital markets with a focus on empowering others in the finance industry. In the Kingston community, she pursues her passion for business as a consultant with Queen’s Startup Consulting (QSC), a student-led organization that provides business and technical consulting services to startups. Additionally, as a research analyst with Queen’s Women Investors (QWI), Arabhi fosters a supportive environment for women seeking to deepen their understanding of finance.
Alongside her academic pursuits, Arabhi competes with the Queen’s Varsity Figure Skating team, where she values the discipline and teamwork the sport requires. A steadfast and ambitious learner, she embraces opportunities to take risks that stimulate her personal and professional growth. Arabhi believes that bridging technology and business can serve as a powerful tool for addressing the significant challenges society faces today.
Reyhan is a first-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management, with aspirations for a career in consulting, politics, and international development.
Outside the classroom, he enjoys volunteering in the community, listening to current affairs podcasts, and reading. In an increasingly globalized world, Reyhan believes that understanding and engaging with diverse perspectives is essential for professional success.
Tali is a finance student at McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management, where she is majoring in finance and pursuing a double minor in international business and marketing. She is passionate about the power of education and community involvement to drive positive change, which is reflected in her extensive volunteer work. Tali has supported blood donation banks and organized a culture fair that attracted over 200 attendees, fostering awareness and appreciation for the diverse cultures that shape Canada’s multicultural identity.
Beyond her academic and community commitments, Tali is dedicated to expanding her leadership skills and contributing to the well-being of others, with hopes to continue this important work in the future.
