Michael Benson

Michael Benson holds the position of Senior Director, M&A Execution at Lumine Group.

Michael joined Lumine Group in February 2020 and leads the day-to-day M&A execution process. Prior to joining Lumine Group, Michael worked at Deloitte for over 10 years providing management consulting services and M&A advisory services across a variety of transaction types and industries. Michael also spent two years at a boutique investment bank based out of Toronto providing sell-side M&A advisory services. Michael holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.
