So far this year, Lumine Group has acquired two businesses. In February, we completed the transaction of WideOrbit, a US-based media company that has driven Lumine's domain expertise and presence in the media industry. In March, we completed the acquisition of Titanium, a US-based telecommunications company that expands the portfolio's growing group of cutting-edge signaling and security software companies.

A New Future
Constellation Software Inc, Lumine Group & WideOrbit Announcement
On December 12, 2022 Constellation Software Inc. and Lumine Group Inc. reached an agreement to acquire WideOrbit Inc. and file preliminary prospectus in connection with proposed Lumine Group Spin Out.
In July 2021, Lumine acquired Ubersmith as a carve-out from INAP, a global provider of hybrid infrastructure serving the enterprise and digital innovators of tomorrow.
