Future is Bright

With over a year since the acquisition, we review Titan.ium's achievements so far and discuss their plans for the next phase of their journey.

Reflecting on the First Year

Upon acquisition, what goals did you set to accomplish in your first year?

The goals for the first year included modernizing the company, accelerating growth, increasing profitability, building a world-class marketing team, and adopting the playbook across the company. We were happy to have found a forever home for our business that would allow us to remain independent and maintain our brand.

With this new home at Lumine, a home we know focuses on the long-term success of the business, we can fully focus on innovating and creating value for our customers. We knew we would be able to learn from Lumine's sister companies and teams and gain access to a new set of best practices that would help us become more efficient and successful.

What was the integration process like?

The integration process went smoothly, thanks to the support from various teams across Lumine. Our team responded great and moved quickly to integrate and align with Lumine’s processes.

One year later, how have Lumine’s values and operations positively influenced your departments?

Access to the Lumine Ecosystem

What has access to the Lumine Group ecosystem meant for your business?

Access to the Lumine Group ecosystem has accelerated our learning and support system significantly by providing us with valuable insights and expertise. It’s helped us learn faster and go to market in new ways, and we particularly appreciate the focus on the communications and media verticals. This has enabled our R&D department to innovate more efficiently in alignment with the company’s technology strategy, develop new features and product advancements faster, and monetize the innovation better.

The fact that the ecosystem is truly global, having a new network of like-minded professionals at sister companies, has been helpful and appreciated.

Earlier this year, you exhibited at MWC 2024 with a sister Lumine company, Neural Technologies. Can you share more about that experience?

MWC 2024 NEURAL TITANIUM

Collaborating with Neural Technologies at MWC 2024 was truly beneficial. By joining forces, we were able to create a larger and more appealing presence, attracting increased foot traffic to our booth. The incorporation of Lumine’s and Neural’s branding enhanced our visibility at the event and made our overall presence more successful.

The experience was highly-rewarding, showcasing the power of partnership in maximizing our effectiveness and impact at industry events, surpassing what we could have achieved alone. This collaborative approach also optimized our marketing investment, as we pooled resources and efforts together to maximize our impact and reach.

Looking Ahead

What would you tell someone who is considering selling their business to Lumine Group?

I would tell them that Lumine is definitely going places.

It has been exciting to witness the success of Lumine since going public, particularly in regard to new acquisitions and other key initiatives.

What would you tell employees of businesses joining Lumine, regarding what they can anticipate in their first year?

Expect to learn and move fast. Lumine wants to create a positive impact with new acquisitions and will provide significant support as a result. Life within Lumine means a dynamic home for us. We’ve gained a new supportive parent company and built so many new professional relationships, all while maintaining our independence regarding our brand and business. The communications and media vertical focus was, and is, a major plus for us, our customers, and our partners.

What does Titan.ium look to accomplish in year two? And beyond?

This year we’re excited to be launching four new products and services, including SCP (Service Communication Proxy) for 5G networks which we recently announced

Our GTM (go-to-market) effort is getting much stronger, and we will continue to try to win a lot of new customers.

We’re also bringing on board a lot of talented new people, and we look forward to becoming a better-known player in the industry and growing our business over time.
