Mark Miller
Chairman, Lumine Group Board of Directors; Executive Chairman, Volaris Group; Director & Chief Operating Officer, Constellation Software (Toronto)Mark Miller is the Executive Chairman of Volaris Group. He also serves as Director and Chief Operating Officer of Constellation Software and Chairman of the Board of Lumine Group. Mark is committed to giving back to the business community and serves on the board of ventureLAB and Computer Modeling Group. Mark holds a BS in Statistics and Mathematics from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.
David Nyland
Chief Executive Officer, Lumine Group (Toronto)
David is the Chief Executive Officer of Lumine Group. Since 2013, David and his team have built Lumine’s global portfolio of communications and media software businesses encompassing a global network of 20+ acquisitions, serving over 1000 customers and partners. Mr. Nyland began his career as a software developer at a Tier 1 systems integrator and quickly moved into entrepreneurial roles at two telecommunications software start-ups, which scaled and were sold to strategic acquirers. Since then, Mr. Nyland has been CEO of two companies, a public company with a global scale, and a VC-funded private business, during which he completed acquisitions of businesses in North America and Europe. Today at Lumine Group, Mr. Nyland leads the team in driving Lumine’s vision of creating a global ecosystem to accelerate the growth and internationalization of communications and media software businesses.
Brian Beattie

As CFO, Brian Beattie supports capital deployment and ensures Volaris maintains the financial stability needed to support portfolio companies’ sustainable growth Mr. Beattie is the Chief Financial Officer of Volaris Group, where he has helped lead the expansion of our high-growth organization into new verticals and countries. He joined Constellation Software in 2005, initially as the CFO of sister operating group Perseus, before joining Volaris. Mr. Beattie is a Chartered Accountant who brings more than 30 years of finance experience from past roles encompassing strategy, planning, acquisitions, and operational support. In addition to overseeing the financial health of the company, he oversees the corporate functions including legal, tax, audit, IT, and corporate finance. Mr. Beattie's time is largely spent on supporting capital deployment and allocation at Volaris. Mr. Beattie is an expert on every stage of the M&A process – from sourcing possible deals, to leading diligence, to executing the sales purchase agreement.
Robin van Poelje

Robin has been with CSI since January 2014 when CSI acquired TSS. From January 2010 to now, Mr. van Poelje has been the Chief Executive Officer of TSS, based in the Netherlands. Mr. van Poelje holds a BSc. in Economics from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands and is a postgraduate in Marketing and Strategy from École Supérieure de Commerce de Montpellier, France.
Eric Mathewson

Eric founded WideOrbit in 1999 after realizing that there was an opportunity to dramatically streamline and automate the buying and selling of media. Prior to founding WideOrbit, he worked at Montgomery Securities in San Francisco and New York, managing portfolios for wealthy technologists as well as Kidder Peabody in Palo Alto, primarily focused on Equity Derivatives. WideOrbit serves as the System of Record for more than 5000 stations and cable networks worldwide processing more than $35 Billion in advertising revenue annually. Eric earned his BS in Social Science from University of California at Berkeley and attended the Directors College at Stanford Law School in 2023.
Lucie Laplante

Lucie Laplante currently works as the Chief Financial Officer for Beanfield. Prior to Beanfield, Ms. Laplante was Chief Financial Officer for Allstream from 2021-2023, Chief Financial Officer for Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP from 2017-2021, and the Senior Vice President of Finance at D+H Corporation from 2015-2017. Prior to D+H, Ms. Laplante had senior finance positions in four telecommunications and media companies, Rogers Communications, The Globe and Mail, CTV Television, and Business News Network. She started her career at Nortel Networks, holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Montreal, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. Ms. Laplante is a member of the board of directors of OntarioMD and TFO, and previously served as the Chair of the Audit and Investment Committee for CANARIE (2013-2018).
Paul Cowling

Paul Cowling most recently held the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Regulatory Affairs at Shaw Communications Inc., where he also held various other senior positions (2011-2023). Prior to Shaw Communications, Mr. Cowling was a lawyer at Torys LLP (2001-2011) and legal counsel for the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) (2005). Mr. Cowling holds an LLM (law) from Columbia Law School, a J.D. (law) from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University. Mr. Cowling previously served as a member of the board of directors and executive committee for the Canadian Telecommunications Association and as a founding Vice Chair of the 5G Canada Council. He also previously served on the board of directors for the Canadian Association of Broadcasters (2014-2016).

Rosalind currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Spring Fibre, a position she has held since 2020. She brings over 30 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications sector. Prior to Spring Fibre, she was an independent consultant, Board Director, and Angel Investor for a variety of UK based organizations. Prior to her consultancy work, she was the Managing Director for UK Broadband from (2017-2019), preceded by various other senior roles within the organization. Ms. Singleton also serves as the Chair of the UK5G Advisory board, a position held since 2018.

Antonietta currently holds the position of Chief Digital & IT Officer of Proximus, a position she has held since 2021. Ms. Mastroianni has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to commencing her current role at Proximus, Ms. Mastroianni held senior positions at TDC (2017-2021). Prior to TDC, Ms. Mastroianni held senior digital technology and IT positions at Sunrise (2004-2013). She holds a Master of Science in Computer and Automation Engineering from the Università Degli Studi Di Siena, Siena (2000). Ms. Mastroianni is a member of the board of directors for Gaia-X (2001- Present) and Etis (2018-present). She was also the recipient of the 5G World Telco CxO of the year in 2021, and Telco woman of the year in 2022.
